Refund policy
All Sales Final At Stay Nonchalant, all sales are final. Because our products are personal care and skin-contact items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. This policy protects the health and safety of every customer, as personal care goods cannot be resold once they have shipped. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including quantity and shipping details, before completing your purchase.
Pre-Orders Many of our items are sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item is fulfilled after purchase and you agree to the estimated shipping timeline shown at checkout. Pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items While we do not accept returns, we fully stand behind our products. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@staynchlnt.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review your claim and, where verified, send a replacement or otherwise make it right. This applies only to confirmed damage, defects, or fulfillment errors on our end.
Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Personal care and skin-contact goods, including pimple patches
- Opened or used products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@staynchlnt.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, and pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please note that under EU law, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from this right once unsealed. Refunds As all sales are final, refunds are issued only in the limited cases described above (verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at contact@staynchlnt.com.
