Thank you for shopping with Stay Nonchalant. Please read the following information about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking information where available. Please allow time for the tracking information to update after your order is dispatched.
Pre-Orders Many of our items are sold as pre-orders. When you purchase a pre-order item, it is fulfilled after your order is placed rather than shipped from existing stock. Pre-order items ship within the timeframe stated on the product page, currently within 2 weeks of the launch or order date unless otherwise noted. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are ready. Estimated pre-order timelines are good-faith estimates and may shift due to production or fulfillment factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Delivery Estimates and Delays All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their care, and delivery timelines are subject to the carrier and factors outside our control, including weather, customs processing, and high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@staynchlnt.com with your order number and a photo, and we will work with you to make it right.
